Conservation Area Heritage Award 2018

Proudman Plastering Ltd were notified by a client that their property had been awarded the Conservation Area Heritage Award 2018 by the Stokesley Society.

We carried out substantial Internal lime plaster and external lime render work. As well as Proudman Plastering Ltd the client also employed a builder to carry out various repair works to the property and replaced the floor with a Lime Crete floor which allowed the building to breathe.

We are very proud of this achievement and our part in this project.

The award states

This award is presented in recognition of the renovation works carried out at "a property" (full address not detailed for data confidentiality reasons).

Particular recognition is given to the outstanding internal restoration work with exceptional workmanship, the use of authentic period materials and the retention of original character features. The property is now a valuable and welcome contribution to the heritage and quality of the Stokesley Conservation Area.

We were notified by one of our clients that their property had been awarded a "Conservation Heritage Award" by the Stokesley Society.

We are so happy for our clients and really proud that our hard work, commitment to quality, skills and knowledge have been recognised.
